There is this "thing" hanging down the center of my monitor wrecking every composition. It looks like the back of Davey Crockett's coon-skin hat, but really it's the backside of my brown tabby cat. I'll have to visit later to see the photos unobstructed. (Every time I move the tail it just twitches back into position.)

That sounds like a serious software issue. Perhaps some snorgling is in order to rectify the situation and resume normal functionality. ;)
I like the last one too, what a hottie! Good thing my monitor defuzzed itself.
